Warranties and Returns
If you are not satisfied with an item (for any reason), you may return a product subject to the different Return Period Class Polices; product return polices and are summarized as follows:
14 Days Return Period Products
You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). You must notify us of your desire to return and item within 7 days of the date of purchase and it must be returned within 14 days of the date of purchase (delays from shipping company may extend this period). Returned items must be the same item and be in the same condition (unused) as originally Shipped/Purchased. If the item is shipped for refund, the item should be shipped insured. Refunds are for the final purchase price only, less a 15-30% restocking fee.
30 Day Return Period Products
You must obtain an RMA. You must notify us of your desire to return an item within 15 days of the date of purchase and it must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Returned items must be in the original unused condition . Items returned in the 30-day return period are subject to exchange or in store credit only.
Shipping costs, insurance, and other charges are non-refundable. Special orders and Specialty Products are not returnable. A credit will be issued as soon as we receive and process your return. We do not pay for return shipping. Customers must provide the RMA number on the returned product.
Products for return must be unused and in the a like new condition with original packaging.
If you are unsure what Return Policy Class or if your product qualifies for return please ask your sales associates.
Special orders and Specialty Products are not returnable.
Ebike, Scooters and batteries operated products, some batteries and other merchandise are considered Specialty Products and may not qualify as returnable items. Please ask your sales associate if you are unsure.
Managers may at their discretion find exceptions to the return policy, they may include accommodating exchange returns and or an adjusted restocking fee of up to 30% in some circumstances.
Warranty Periods are specific to products and uses and are listed on the product page.
Warranties are valid only when the product is used solely as intended. This warranty does not cover any damages due to accidents, misuse or negligence. Warranties are Issued to the purchaser of the product by its manufacturer, promising to repair or replace it if necessary, within a specified period.
The All Battery Powered Difference
All Battery Powered administers manufacturer warranties on over 90% of the products we sell, for the full Manufacturer’s Warranty period. Most retailers only warranty the product over 30 days.

This warranty is limited to the product replacement and does not cover any associated damages. All Battery Powered makes no further warranties unless specified.
FREE REPLACEMENT (No Charge Period)
Should a battery prove defective based on the ALL BATTERY POWERED test procedures, a battery will be exchanged at a nearest comparable performance available at no charge. If an All Battery Powered battery is replaced under warranty at no-charge to the customer, the newly replaced battery will receive the remainder of the original warranty. In the event the second battery fails, the date of sale of the original retail purchase is to be used as the beginning date when calculating months of service.
Pro-Rata Warranty (Cost Per Month)
Following the Free Replacement warranty period and continuing through the end of the total months of warranted service, depending on application can be exchanged on a pro-rata cost basis for a new battery. For batteries covered by pro-rata warranty, the adjustments will be based on the total months of service. The pro-rata charge will be based on the cost per month used at the time of adjustment multiplied by the amount of time in service. If a battery is replaced under pro-rata at a cost to the customer, the replacement battery is covered with a new replacement battery warranty.
This Warranty Does Not Cover:
- Discharged batteries that can be recharged and returned to service.
- Labor costs
- Damage due to charging system failure, negligence, abuse, accident, improper installation or freezing.
- Loss of time, inconvenience, loss of vehicle use, or other incidental or consequential damages.
