Shipping Information

All Battery Powered provides free shipping for most products to Canadian destinations. Destinations must be a street address.  Free shipping will be sent via our Standard Ground Shipping Service by Canada Post or UPS. Some products may have a Dangerous Goods surcharge applied by Canada Post UPS.

Our Domestic Canadian Shipping Services are:

• Standard Ground Shipping (used for our Free Shipping service): Shipped within 2-7 business days from our Canadian Warehouses
  • Free Shipping (over 90% of out products)
  • Free Shipping if your order is Over $49
  • Free Shipping Plus a Flat Fee

   

• Expedited Shipping: Shipped within 2-3 Days. If a Dangerous Goods surcharge applies shipment will be sent 2-7 business days from our Canadian Warehouses
• Next Day Shipping: Shipped 1 business-day. Orders must be placed before 1:00PM PST to ship same business day.
• LTL Freight: Available for orders of 150 lbs or more.

Our US Shipping Services are:

• International Shipping 4-14 Days: Shipped via Canada Post/ USPS First Class or Priority Mail International at our discretion. Extremely limited tracking. For high value orders we reserve the right to upgrade or require the (paid) upgrade to International Express Mail shipping.
• UPS Expedited:  2 Business Days Guaranteed US delivery to most address

Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes and fees. Please see below:

Customs and Import Duties:

• Your order may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are charged by your country when your package reaches your country.
• All Battery Powered.com duties and taxes unpaid and does not collect duties and/or taxes. We are unable to predict what the government charges may be. Any additional charges, they must be paid for order to clear customs. For more information on your country’s customs policies and duty fees, please contact your local customs office.

Please note: if you choose a product with free shipping and a product without free shipping on a single cart you will pay only the shipping for the product without free shipping.

Estimated Shipping Times:

Orders will mostly ship in the next business day.  In the event it is delayed over 3 days, we will contact you. The estimated delivery times are based on the average ship times for the respective carrier. The availability of products and the product warehouse locations will affect the shipping dates. To ensure the freshest product for our customers, our warehouse locations are:

1. Canadian Warehouse
2. US Warehouse
3. Hong Kong Warehouse

Shortest delivery times will come from our Canadian Warehouse. Ensuring product freshness is critical to achieving the longest lasting battery and preference is to ship from the warehouse closest to the customer delivery address. Delivery times of product will depend on the product demand and availability.
